Delivery times will depend if it’s a ready stock or made to order.
Ready stocks will be shipped out within 1-3 working days.
As for made to order, I do like to ask that you allow up to 2 weeks for production before shipping.
Below are typical shipping times based on destination.
West Malaysia : 2 – 5 working days.
East Malaysia : 5 – 8 working days.
Everywhere else : Varies but typically 2 weeks – 4 weeks.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of my small business and handmade items – I do not accept returns or exchanges.
Understanding that unforeseen circumstances may arise, I reserve the right to consider returns/refund on a case-by-case basis, within 7 days of goods received.
